Description
CPC is hiring a full-time Sr. Clinical Operations Manager to lead industry-sponsored clinical trials and additional assigned projects. The role manages site identification, initiation, contracting, budget negotiation, monitoring, regulatory documents, IRB submissions, enrollment, payments, vendor contracts, databases, investigator meetings, safety and endpoint services, and multidisciplinary project teams. It also mentors other Clinical Operations Managers and advises management on project status. Candidates need a nursing or scientific bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge, five years of clinical research experience, three years of sponsor or CRO clinical operations management experience, knowledge of GCP and FDA/ICH regulations, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The position offers remote work, 20–25% travel, and annual compensation of $95,045–$118,806.
