Description
Frontier Medicines is hiring two Senior Clinical Trial Managers to support the day-to-day execution of oncology clinical trials in clinical development. The role manages trial feasibility, site selection, start-up, maintenance, close-out, CRO and vendor coordination, regulatory and inspection readiness, study performance, budgets, registries, and stakeholder updates. It is a hybrid position based in the Boston, Massachusetts office with 2–3 days per week onsite and periodic travel. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field or an RN, 5–7 years of clinical trial management or clinical project management experience, and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical regulations. The salary range is $125,000–$170,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, disability, training, food, wellness, and stock option benefits.
