Aviatrix is hiring a Senior Cloud Network Engineer for its Customer Support team to guide enterprise customers through multi-cloud networking and security software adoption, troubleshoot complex production environments, coordinate with engineering and solution engineering teams, improve support processes, and mentor engineers. The role is a weekend shift spanning Tuesday through Saturday in Pacific Time, with a preferred West Coast location, and requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong networking and cloud infrastructure knowledge, and a BS or MS degree or equivalent practical experience. The US annual base salary range is $114,914 to $135,193, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
