Description
Microsoft is hiring a Cloud Solution Architect to help customers move AI applications and agents from experimentation to production on Azure. The customer-facing role leads architecture design, proof of concepts, pilots, and production milestones; provides delivery oversight and escalation support; supports customer and partner skilling; and contributes feedback and reusable assets to improve delivery quality. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years of relevant AI, GitHub, agentic DevOps, cloud, developer, application platform, or agent experience, 5+ years in customer-facing and technical projects, a relevant technical certification, and business fluency in Japanese.
