Crusoe is hiring a full-time Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers using its GPU cloud infrastructure for AI/ML, physics simulations, and computational biology. The role includes incident management, troubleshooting virtual machines, hardware failures, and scaling tests, alert triage, maintenance testing, and collaboration with SRE, networking, and storage teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent technical experience, strong Linux and Git skills, customer support experience, cloud and HPC knowledge, and participation in a weekend shift with on-site weekday coverage. Compensation is up to $145,000-$175,000 plus bonus, with restricted stock units and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
