Description
Logitech is hiring a Senior CMF Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for its Video Collaboration team. The role owns CMF engineering across NPI projects, validates materials and manufacturing processes, defines technical specifications and inspection criteria, evaluates design feasibility, and mitigates technical risks through DFM, DFMEA, and FACA. The position requires at least five years of experience in material engineering, mechanical or industrial design, project engineering, or a related function in high-volume consumer electronics, along with knowledge of color and appearance management, reliability validation, quality tools, English and Chinese communication, and AI workflows. A master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or design field is required, and the role may involve up to 15% travel.
