Description
Astrolab is hiring a Sr. CNC Programmer / Operator to program, set up, prove out, and operate advanced 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines and mill-turn equipment for precision aerospace and hardware manufacturing. The role focuses on complex multi-sided components, tight tolerances, challenging materials, CAM programming, toolpath optimization, machine troubleshooting, and repeatable manufacturing processes. Candidates need at least five years of CNC programming experience, mill-turn or multi-tasking CNC experience, and experience supporting machining from CAD or engineering drawings through finished parts.
