ICON is hiring a Sr. COA Licensing Associate to support Mapi Research Trust’s client services team by coordinating and delivering clinical outcome assessment licensing and translation services for clinical studies. The role manages projects from award through delivery, coordinates with clients, copyright holders, internal teams, and operations, supports proposals and budgets, maintains filing and tracking tools, and mentors junior staff. Applicants must have COA licensing experience, at least three years of client services or project coordination experience, strong project management and customer service skills, and fluency in English; a degree and remote-work experience are preferred.
