Intuitive is hiring a Sales Trainer to develop and deliver technical, clinical, and sales training for its commercial sales team focused on the da Vinci Surgical System. The role includes becoming a subject-matter expert, assessing participant competency, facilitating live and remote training, coaching sales representatives, managing training programs, conducting field rides, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and enablement teams. Candidates should be Hindi and English speakers, have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of sales or sales-training experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and be willing to travel up to 30%.
