The Senior Compensation Analyst will design, administer, and analyze compensation programs in support of organizational goals, market competitiveness, pay equity, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include salary structures, incentive plans, job evaluations, market benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, HRIS coordination, advising leaders on pay decisions, workforce planning, position control, budget monitoring, and compensation reporting. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, compensation expertise, HRIS proficiency, and strong communication and collaboration abilities. It is based in Columbia, South Carolina, with a hybrid work arrangement.
