The role advises senior leaders and People Business Partners, manages market analysis, job pricing, pay equity, compliance, tools, vendors, and reporting, and improves compensation processes through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Candidates need 8–11 years of compensation or related People experience, global compensation expertise, Workday planning experience, equity administration knowledge, and strong analytical and financial modeling skills. The position offers a base salary of $109,312.50–$160,325.00, health insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
