Description
ALOFT AeroArchitects is hiring a Sr / Completion Program Manager to oversee green aircraft VIP/HOS completion programs, including AFS installation, aircraft maintenance and preservation, engineering and NRE development, certification, prototype installation, FAA ground and flight testing, and FAA STC issuance. The role manages project schedules, budgets, costs, contracts, customer relationships, regulatory compliance, risks, and program quality while leading and mentoring program management team members. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related technical experience, at least 10 years of industry experience, proficiency in Earned Value Management, and the ability to work in an aviation environment with occasional travel.
