The role performs complete inspection and verification of aircraft transmission, rotor head, gearbox, power plant, hydraulic, fuel, flight-control, and other major component systems from detail parts through final aircraft acceptance. Duties include dynamic balance and ATP, dimensional measurement, assembly evaluation, discrepancy resolution, documentation review, return-to-service tagging, and leading up to two inspectors. The position requires a Top Secret Yankee White Clearance, previous Quality Assurance experience, and certification for flight safety parts, torque applications, and portable penetrant inspection.
