The role leads construction workstreams, coordinates external parties and business stakeholders, manages costs, tenders, change orders, quality, risks, and project dashboards, and develops construction processes and tools. Candidates need a degree in real estate, engineering, architecture, or civil engineering, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, completion of a corporate real estate project-management assessment, and more than eight years of relevant construction experience.
