Description
The Senior Construction Manager (PMC) serves as the project management consultant's lead construction representative for major tunnelling and underground infrastructure projects. The role provides strategic oversight, contractor performance management, technical assurance, health and safety governance, schedule and commercial support, quality assurance, and stakeholder reporting. It requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, at least 20 years of major infrastructure construction experience, at least 15 years in tunnelling and underground works, and proven leadership on multi-billion-dollar projects.
