Description
Amazon is hiring a Sr. Construction Program Manager to design and govern construction programs, standards, Procore workflows, permitting and entitlements frameworks, cost and value-engineering processes, scheduling standards, and training and SOPs across a portfolio of more than 600 active projects. The role focuses on organizational enablement and scalable systems rather than managing individual construction projects. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of relevant project management, real estate development, architecture/design, or construction experience, Procore expertise, permitting and regulatory experience, and data-analysis skills. The position is available in Chicago, Jersey City, Nashville, Austin, and Seattle, with base salaries ranging from $81,200 to $181,600 annually depending on location.
