The role manages schedules, logistics, safety, contractors, laborers, materials, equipment, permits, costs, and project implementation, while supervising contractors and coordinating with engineering, project management, facilities, and end-user teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of construction experience managing employees and contract labor; the position requires physical outdoor work, elevated-height work, extended hours, weekends, and a valid California driver’s license.
