Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant or Management Consultant to support a Fortune 100 client through a two-phase organizational design and research engagement. The role involves conducting internal and external research, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, surveys, and benchmarking; analyzing findings; developing organizational design recommendations, roadmaps, ROI analyses, and executive presentations; and managing the transition to implementation. The consultant will conduct on-site visits at dispersed United States locations, then work remotely, and must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The position offers an annual salary range of $110,000 to $135,000.
