Apple Services Engineering is hiring a Content Support Engineer to support Apple Music, Apple Books, and Apple Podcasts ecosystems. The role serves as a technical contact for engineering and customer support, investigates incidents, monitors and troubleshoots distributed and streaming data platforms, resolves Kafka and Cassandra issues, develops Python or Java scripts, and builds observability tooling. Candidates need at least five years of debugging experience, including two years with distributed systems or streaming data platforms, along with SQL, streaming and big-data platform, Kafka, Cassandra, and version-control expertise.
