Description
The Senior Continuous Improvement Manager will be part of the site Senior Leadership team and will be responsible for setting the direction for site continuous improvement. The role involves identifying and executing improvement projects, driving improvements to plant standards, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement improvements. The manager will also interface with global leaders, analyze business processes, develop training, and drive kaizens and other projects focused on improving plant efficiency, machine reliability, sustainability, and the reduction of waste.
