Description
The Sr. Contracts Manager – EMEA at Intuitive will be responsible for managing and negotiating complex purchasing agreements across the EU region, ensuring compliance in the procurement of products and services for the company. This role involves building relationships with internal stakeholders, consulting with legal experts on German and EU law, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing guidance on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. The manager will also contribute to the continuous improvement of contract templates and negotiation guidelines.
