Description
The Controller is responsible for end-to-end accounting, control, compliance, financial reporting, and FP&A for assigned legal entities. The role includes finalizing listed-entity and private-entity accounts, supporting audits and board-related reporting, managing business combinations and impairment testing, overseeing balance-sheet and income-statement reviews, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, and leading process-improvement and automation initiatives. The position requires a CA or CMA, 4–8 years of reporting and FP&A experience, knowledge of US GAAP, IGAAP, and INDAS, and hands-on SAP and HFM experience.
