Plus One Robotics is hiring a full-time Sr. Controls Engineer for its San Antonio headquarters. The role designs and develops robotic controls and electronics for InductOne and related systems, programs and troubleshoots PLCs, creates electrical schematics and BOMs, selects industrial components, supports machine safety, and collaborates with mechanical and software engineering teams. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and experience with industrial automation, PLCs, I/O networks, and engineering tools. It is an in-person role with up to 20% travel and offers a starting salary of $113,000 per year; visa sponsorship is not available.
