Description
The Sr. Controls Technician is responsible for the start-up and commissioning of PLC and DDC-based control systems according to established procedures and guidelines. This involves organizing and directing commissioning efforts, ensuring system operability, managing subcontractors, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, completing project turn-over, communicating project status effectively, contributing to financial objectives, and continuously enhancing technical knowledge. The role also emphasizes teamwork, proactive communication, adherence to schedules, and a willingness to travel across various customer locations.
