Simplistic is hiring a Sr. Strategist, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to own the CRO testing roadmap, analytics stack, reporting, and website optimization strategies across multiple Shopify eCommerce client accounts. The role includes mentoring junior strategists, translating test results into business impact, conducting audits and competitive research, developing CRO hypotheses, creating client presentations, and supporting new business development. It requires expert Shopify Plus knowledge, analytics and testing proficiency, and proven CRO experience; the role offers a base salary of $90,000-$120,000 and is available to remote workers living and working full-time in the listed United States states.
