Description
The Senior Coordinator - GES H2R Learning will support global learning operations and SAP SuccessFactors Learning activities across multiple regions. The role partners with Learning Coordinators, Site Administrators, and HR teams to manage learning administration, reporting, training compliance, system rollouts, assignments, quality checks, audits, and stakeholder support. It requires a bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, SAP SuccessFactors experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with global virtual teams and learning management systems.
