Lucid Motors is hiring a Senior Engineer, Cost Engineering to develop should-cost analyses, piece-price and tooling estimates, teardown-based bills of materials, and cost models for automotive components and assemblies. The role partners with engineering, supply chain, and sourcing teams to evaluate manufacturing processes, supplier pricing, design choices, and cost-saving opportunities. Candidates need at least five years of experience in cost estimation, modeling, procurement, or engineering, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency with automotive manufacturing processes, CAD, cost-modeling tools, and financial analysis.
