Description
CRB is seeking a senior legal professional to provide high-level legal and operational support to the Chief Legal Officer. The role covers corporate governance, board and committee administration, entity management, compliance program development and execution, corporate transactional work, contract review, policy development, risk assessment, investigations, audits, and governance documentation. It requires a Juris Doctor, licensure to practice law in an applicable state, and at least eight years of legal experience, with 10–12 years preferred.
