The role leads the bank’s credit management function, overseeing commercial and SBA loan underwriting, structuring, approval, collateralization, closing, and ongoing administration. It manages a team of Credit Managers, supports loan origination and collections, develops credit policies and training, and improves credit workflows using platforms such as nCino, CoStar, and IBIS. The position requires 15+ years of progressive lending and credit leadership experience, 10+ years in management or coaching, and 50% travel between regional offices.
