Scorability is hiring a full-time Mobile Software Engineer to build and ship cross-platform mobile applications for athletes, parents, and coaches. The role owns complex customer-facing features end to end, makes technical decisions in fast-moving environments, establishes mobile architecture and engineering standards, and uses agentic AI and modern tooling to improve code quality and development speed. The position is based in Austin, Texas, with four days per week in the Central Austin office and Fridays remote, and does not offer C2C or C2H employment or visa sponsorship.
