The Senior CX Designer (CX Designer 3) leads strategic workplace design projects with minimal oversight, developing design strategy, furniture solutions, space plans, detailed drawings, product specifications, vendor quotes, and installation documentation. The role coordinates with clients, vendors, sales, and project teams; performs site verifications; mentors junior and mid-level designers; and manages large-scale, multi-floor projects. It requires 7+ years of interior design or furniture dealership experience, advanced proficiency in CET, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, and knowledge of workplace design, building codes, ADA regulations, and furniture resources. The anticipated salary is $100,000–$120,000 per year.
