Description
The role leads architectural design, security baselines, Zero Trust patterns, privileged access governance, and future-state planning for directory and authentication services. It provides senior guidance to L2/L3 teams, escalates major incidents, and drives stability through monitoring, hardening, automation, and engineering improvements. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Active Directory, Entra ID, conditional access, and authentication flows; designing AI-assisted operational workflows; supporting regulatory and audit requirements; and coordinating with global IAM, cloud, security, and service-management teams. The position requires 8+ years of hands-on identity experience, including Active Directory, Entra ID, hybrid architectures, PowerShell automation, incident management, and cloud or regulated-environment experience.
