Description
OnTrac is hiring a remote Senior Cyber Security Engineer focused on Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, vulnerability management, and mobile device management. The role owns enterprise identity and privileged-access engineering, hardens Microsoft 365 and cloud security, operates Qualys and device-management platforms, partners with IT on secure deployments, supports Tier 3 CSIRT incidents, translates NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 requirements into technical controls, and automates security operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least seven years of progressive IT and security experience including three years in IAM or security engineering, and hands-on expertise across the listed technologies. The expected starting base salary is $156,000–$195,000, with a potential base salary of $156,000–$234,000 and up to a 20% bonus target.
