Guild Mortgage Company is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to execute the company’s data strategy and analysis efforts on its enterprise data platform. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to elicit requirements, assess data quality and sources, curate and validate data, maintain data dictionaries and lineage, reconcile dashboards and reports, define KPIs, support data governance and PII handling, and provide actionable insights. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, an MBA or equivalent preferred, and at least five years of data analyst experience, including two years in a senior technical role. The position offers a targeted annual salary of $109,114 to $156,510 and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, LTD, and 401(k) benefits.
