Avery Dennison’s Vestcom business unit is hiring a Sr. Data Architect - AI & Analytics Platforms to architect and scale cloud-native analytics and decision-intelligence platforms for CPG clients. The role bridges business strategy and data engineering, developing automated pipelines, SQL/Python data models, measurement engines, and AI-enabled analytics on Databricks or Snowflake. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, at least 8 years of progressive experience including 3+ years at a senior technical level, and expertise in retail analytics, POS data, campaign measurement, and production coding. The position is remote unless the employee lives within 40 miles of a Vestcom location, in which case onsite work is required twice weekly. The salary range is $119,000 to $178,000 per year.
