Amgen is hiring a Senior Data Engineer for its OCX Team 2: Sky Links (SL) - HZN RDBU. The role owns data pipeline projects from inception through deployment, develops ETL/ELT and data integration solutions, ensures data quality, uses cloud platforms such as AWS, and collaborates with analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders. The engineer will also mentor junior engineers and resolve complex data challenges. Required capabilities include cloud platforms, Python, PySpark, SQL, and bid data ETL performance tuning; experience with Spark, Airflow, data modeling, CI/CD, and DevOps is preferred.
