Five9 is hiring a Customer Data Platform Data Engineer to design and scale a customer data platform that unifies customer data, ensures data quality and governance, and supports analytics, personalization, and engagement. The role involves building scalable ingestion services, ETL/ELT pipelines, distributed query engines, monitoring, and integrations, while collaborating with product, data science, and engineering teams. It requires at least five years of software or data engineering experience, strong Snowflake and data transformation expertise, knowledge of streaming and distributed systems, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
