FutureFit AI is hiring a Sr. Data Engineer to build and own the data foundation for its AI-powered workforce-development platform. The role covers production ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling and quality, analytics datasets, and infrastructure for matching and recommendation models. It requires roughly four or more years of data engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, modern orchestration and cloud data-warehouse experience, and the ability to handle messy external data. The position is remote for candidates in Canada or the United States, with possible quarterly travel, and offers a base salary of USD $125,000 to $155,000 for United States-based candidates or CAD $125,000 to $160,000 for Canada-based candidates.
