Guild Mortgage Company is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to lead and optimize enterprise data platform architecture, data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses. The role focuses on ELT and ETL solutions using Snowflake, Informatica, SQL, Kafka, Spark, and related technologies; improving data quality, governance, security, performance, and cost efficiency; supporting analytics and data science teams; and mentoring less experienced staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and five to seven years of data engineering experience, including at least three years in a senior technical role. Compensation is $109,000 to $156,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, LTD, and a 401(k) match.
