QBP is hiring a Senior Data Engineer for a hybrid role based in the Bloomington, Minnesota metropolitan area. The position leads the design, development, modernization, and operationalization of enterprise data platforms and AI/ML capabilities, including Microsoft Fabric and OneLake lakehouse architecture, Azure Data Factory, SAP Data Services, Python/PySpark, SQL, machine learning models, AI agents, MLOps, data governance, and production pipeline support. The role also mentors data engineers and BI developers and collaborates with SAP, WMS, eCommerce, security, and cloud infrastructure teams. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of progressive data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics platform experience, and expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, enterprise system integration, Power BI, and technical leadership.
