QBP is hiring a Senior Data Engineer for a hybrid role based in the Bloomington, Minnesota metropolitan area. The position leads the design, development, modernization, and operationalization of enterprise data platforms and AI/ML capabilities, including Microsoft Fabric and OneLake lakehouse architecture, Azure Data Factory, SAP S/4HANA, WMS, Anaplan, and other enterprise systems. Responsibilities include ETL/ELT pipeline development, data governance, observability, incident response, technical leadership, mentoring, and proof-of-concept innovation. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of progressive data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics platform experience, and expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, and enterprise system integration.
