Engine is hiring a Privacy Counsel to build and operate its enterprise data privacy, AI governance, and risk management function. The role leads CCPA/CPRA and other privacy frameworks, automated workflows, vendor-risk programs, legal advisory, and incident-response support while collaborating with Security, Product, and Finance. Candidates need 4–6 years of privacy-law experience, a J.D., and active bar admission; fluency in OneTrust or similar platforms is a bonus. Applications are accepted through 10/23/26 or until the role is filled, with a base pay range of $182,800–$253,000 USD and equity.
