Nature’s Bakery is hiring a Senior Data Scientist Analyst to partner with Sales, Supply, and Category teams and translate complex data into actionable insights for demand planning, S&OP, IBP, customer meetings, forecasting, and other business initiatives. The role involves building Power BI reports and dashboards, analyzing large datasets, automating data workflows, and supporting ad hoc analysis. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, 2–4 years of data, analytics, or technical experience, advanced Excel skills, Power BI or similar visualization experience, Python or SQL knowledge, strong analytical ability, and SAP experience. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance and a base pay range of USD 74,511 to USD 102,453 in Illinois.
