Description
Smartsheet is hiring a Senior Data Scientist II to build predictive and prescriptive models and AI sub-agents that support customer lifecycle growth, monetization, efficiency, and retention. The role covers model development, data foundations, retrieval and grounding strategies, production evaluation, experimentation, and deployment, with strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Applied AI. It is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Data Science from the Bellevue, Washington office or remotely from anywhere in the United States where Smartsheet is registered, with a base salary of $155,000–$185,000 USD and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
