Description
TechSur is seeking a Database Administrator to support DOL OCIO/ETA SWARAS database operations, reporting, data integrity, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and application data support. The role administers and optimizes SQL Server, AWS Aurora, PostgreSQL, and related database environments, supports enterprise reporting and analytics, troubleshoots data incidents, applies FISMA Moderate and NIST security controls, and maintains technical documentation. Candidates need at least five years of database administration experience in federal or highly regulated environments, hands-on experience with the listed database technologies, prior Department of Labor IT program experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain DOL Public Trust suitability.
