MetroStar is hiring a Sr. Database Administrator I to design, maintain, secure, and optimize mission-critical on-premises and cloud database environments supporting senior federal government levels. The role focuses on enterprise SQL and PostgreSQL administration, SQL and Power BI reporting, data governance, access controls, backups, recovery, performance tuning, and automation. Candidates need an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and at least five years of enterprise SQL database administration experience plus three years of production PostgreSQL experience. The position offers a salary range of $138,000 to $184,000, rolling applications, and health, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
