Description
SpaceX is hiring a Senior Design Criteria Engineer for its Starshield satellite team. The role owns satellite design criteria, requirements, verification approaches, configuration management, change implementation, risk mitigation, and development tools, while supporting electrical, mechanical, radio frequency, and spacecraft systems. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of engineering experience; aerospace, safety-critical systems, scripting, ERP, and communication experience are preferred. The position offers a Level 3 base salary of $135,000 to $190,000, medical, vision, and dental coverage, retirement and disability benefits, paid leave, and potential long-term incentives.
