Description
RCM Technologies is hiring a permanent, remote Sr. Design Engineer for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the United States. The role performs independent field surveys, existing-condition documentation, preliminary MEP layouts, sizing and calculations, AutoCAD and Revit drafting, coordination, quality checks, and onsite construction support. Candidates need an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field, at least 8 years of progressively responsible MEP design and drafting experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and the ability to travel throughout Puerto Rico and occasionally to the Continental United States. Compensation is up to $165,000 per year plus bonus, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
