Description
Micron is seeking a DRAM Design Readiness Engineer to lead pre-silicon readiness activities for new DRAM products. The role partners with design, verification, component validation, product engineering, architecture, system compatibility, and silicon strategy teams to assess risks, plan validation, analyze silicon data and circuit behavior, investigate failures, develop mitigation and screen strategies, and influence product readiness decisions. The engineer will also mentor engineers, develop technical standards, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve engineering productivity while maintaining sound engineering judgment.
