Evergen is hiring a full-time, onsite Process Development Scientist in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The role leads cross-functional projects focused on developing and validating manufacturing processes, evaluates scientific results, applies Six Sigma and microbiological techniques, supports regulatory submissions and product launches, and may supervise team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and at least six years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry. The position offers an annual CIP bonus opportunity of up to $13,000.00 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
